A goal is not a goal until it is written down...so my goals are


My running goals:



My first goal is to run a complete 5K without stopping to walk
Here is one way that I am going to achieve my first goal: how-run-nonstop-30-minutes-or-finish-5k

~ In addition to my first goal add strength training to help my running

My second goal is to run 12 minute miles



My third goal is to run 10 minute miles



My fourth goal is to organize the following events in Cuyahoga Falls/Akron area

Military Bike Ride over Memorial Day weekend

Electric Run in Cuyahoga Falls

Bike on Broad Blvd

Women only run
    _________________

 
 My fifth goal is to start training for a half marathon!
