A Bit of Wisdom ~ Never fear or worry about the unknown, because you can't do anything about it anyways...
I sent my son down to the basement and he said some water was leaking in the basement...what is some? From a 9 year olds perspective his description it doesn't seem so bad, but you never know.
On the bright side I made it to work and I drove!

Driving ... it's like it never happened.
ReplyDeleteAs smokey the bear says; only you can prevent further damage. Be careful, else your new nickname will be gimpster.
ACTIVITY
--------------------
# Actively exercise all muscle groups not immobilized. These muscle contractions promote fracture alignment and hasten healing.
# Begin walking and light running when there is no pain or tenderness.
# Resume normal activities gradually after treatment. Don't drive until healing is complete.
